Ew2health was founded by a physician, a physicist, and an operator who all believed the same thing: that the way obesity care treats behavior is the reason most treatment fails. We are building the technology that fixes that — and a company patient enough to see it through.
Our mission
It is a long mission. We know that. But every clinic we work with retains patients who would otherwise have disappeared. Every dataset we build moves the science forward. Every forecast we issue gives a clinical team a chance to act before the relapse. Obesity will not become something from the past in a year. It will become something from the past one decision at a time, and this is the technology built to support those decisions.
How we started
In the early days of building the weight-fluctuation algorithm, Renato needed real data to test his model. He called a friend and asked for help. The protocol was simple: step on the scale four times a week.
“I need to see my weight four times a week?!? Renato, I can help you giving you US$ 10k but don't ask me to step on the scale everyday!”
That refusal was not laziness. It was the most honest research finding of the entire project. People do not avoid the scale because they don't care about their weight. They avoid it because the scale has become a verdict — a daily confrontation with a number that can crush a week of effort in one reading.
That is the moment Sinque was born. Not as a fitness app. Not as another tracker. As a numberless monitoring system designed around the truth that behavioral data only works if patients will actually engage with the tool that captures it.
Everything Ew2health built afterward — the patented Predictive Behavioral Analytics, the clinical dashboard, the partnerships with metabolic-health leaders — extends from that one phone call.
The team
The founding team is a physician, a physicist, and an operator — all of whom chose this work over easier alternatives. The extended team brings clinical operations in Brazil and behavioral analytics research in the Netherlands.
Founder & CTO
Physician and sports-medicine specialist. Former assistant professor at the Federal University of São Paulo. Applied machine-learning practitioner since 2023, and the inventor of the Predictive Behavioral Analytics that powers Ew2health. Leading product developments & sales worldwide.
Co-Founder & CEO
Applied physicist with a Columbia MBA. Former Principal at Boston Consulting Group, and the first female business leader at Cargill. Large corporates and scale-up experience. Joined as CEO to grow Ew2health from a startup company to a global player in modern obesity care.

International business operator and successful Silicon Valley entrepreneur with deep experience building strong operational teams. Leads day-to-day operations and customer success with Dutch and European customers.

Where we are
Ew2health is not an aspirational expansion story. The Netherlands and Brazil have been operational from the beginning. The United States is the next market we are building into.

Ew2health B.V. is registered and headquartered in the Netherlands. The technical and product teams, the founders, and the corporate operation all run from here.
Operational since founding
Brazil is not an expansion market. It has been an operational home of Ew2health from the beginning. Clinical deployment, customer success, and a significant share of our real-world data come from Brazilian medical weight-loss clinics.
Expansion underway
The US is the most commercially significant GLP-1 market in the world, and the next geography Ew2health is building into. Mayo Clinic Platform participation is part of that foundation.

We do not chase awards. We do seek validation from institutions whose standards we want to be held to.
Validation program
In 2026, Sinque was selected to participate in the Mayo Clinic Platform Data Accelerate program — contributing to and validating against tens of thousands of GLP-1 treatment records.
Clinical pilots
Active and past pilot deployments in two of Brazil's most respected medical institutions. The Petrobras Workplace Nutrition Program provided 12-month and 6-month real-world deployment data. Hospital Israelita Albert Einstein hosted an earlier scientific pilot.
Accelerator
Selected as a participating company in the Health Impact Accelerator program in the Netherlands, recognizing innovation in metabolic and obesity care.
Conferences
Ew2health was a speaking presence at the Advanced Technologies & Treatments for Diabetes (ATTD) conference in Barcelona, contributing to the conversation on behavioral monitoring in metabolic care.
